A great curriculum cannot produce the best results without great teachers. At HOLYKIDZ PRESCHOOL, a lot of care is taken to ensure we have well trained facilitators to groom your precious little one!

Our staff training is unique to the HOLYKIDZ PRESCHOOL franchise. We follow childcare development and technology trends to stay on top of the best in care and education – and then train our teachers, administrators and staff in their use.

We believe that a teacher s skill plays a strong role in influencing the child s power to grasp and learn concepts. At HOLYKIDZ, we train the teachers in the best possible way and ensure that they are completely prepared for their responsibilities.

In addition to their training we ensure that the teachers are warm and caring in their approach. The teachers are ably assisted by support staff. Regular in-service training is conducted and information about the latest trends in early childhood education and care are imparted as well.

We follow a strict selection criteria under which we hand-pick facilitators who love teaching children and have requisite aptitude. Once selected, our facilitators go through an intensive training program. They are provided with an understanding on how children grow, develop, and learn and apply these principles to practical classroom teaching methods. Our Facilitators include – Teachers, Assistant Teachers and Aayahs.
